I’ll Drink to That: Five Delicious Cocktails in the 716
March 29, 2018

Finally, winter is coming to an end and after such a brutal season I think it’s only fair that you celebrate with a cocktail. Since winter is over let’s celebrate with a drink at these bars downtown buffalo and beyond  have to offer.

The Rosemary

This Chez Ami cocktail contains green chartreuse, gin, luxardo maraschino liqueur, in addition to creme de violette and lime juice. Enjoy this while you take a spin on Buffalo’s only revolving bar.

French Martini

Buffalo Chophouse knows how to cook a mean steak and they also know how to make a killer cocktail. We love their French martini with Grey Goose vodka, Chambord raspberry liqueur and also a little pineapple juice.

Winter Boulevardier

While I may be sick of winter I’m not sick of this delightful drink from JT’s Urban Italian. With Elijah Craig bourbon, Campari, punt e mes, and maple simple syrup this is definitely a drink I’ll be enjoying year round. I think it pairs nicely with their delicious calamari.

Raspberry Margarita

This drink from Rocco’s Woodfired Pizza is delightful and reminds me of spring. This classic drink gets a raspberry twist and it tastes even better accompanied with that delicious woodfired pizza.

Build Your Own Bloody

I always prefer tequila in my Bloody Mary (a bloody Maria) but the kind folks at 800 Maple don’t just let you pick your preferred alcohol they also let you completely customize your Bloody Mary. Available for Sunday brunch the possibilities for your own Bloody are practically endless so you know you’ll leave happy.

While we may be stuck with a few more cold days, winter is basically over. So grab your friends, designate a driver, and drink to rising temperatures.  After all, Spring is in the air and Summer’s just around the corner and I’ll definitely drink to that!
