THE PAST IS PRESENT at Old Fort Niagara! An original 18th-century fort and French Castle (c. 1726) with living-history interpreters, muskets, artillery, Native American culture, children’s games, museum & exhibits. Experience the military history of four nations on the Niagara Frontier, scenically located where the Niagara River and Lake Ontario meet. Guided tours during warmer seasons; self-guided tours year ‘round. Open daily 9:00am-5:00pm; July & August 9:00am-7:00pm. Follow the Niagara Scenic Parkway north. Old Fort Niagara is in Fort Niagara State Park.
