Then you will be able to choose from various items to create a unique enrichment experience for the penguins. And finally, meet with an animal trainer, and watch as they add your design to the penguin’s exhibit.

Also, get interactive at the touching pool, where you can touch sharks and stingrays! The exhibit also includes art and graphics highlighting each species’ role in a healthy ocean ecosystem and the importance of conserving essential coastal habitats such as mangroves and lagoons. So on top of it being a fun hands-on experience (with COVID-19 appropriate safety guidelines in place), it’s an educational one as well. They provide a good representation of the present and past natural history of the Niagara Frontier of New York and adjacent Ontario, as well as material of worldwide provenance of value in teaching, exhibition, and research.
