Experience the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra

Music is the perfect way to get in the mood for Valentine’s Day, and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra has a wonderful lineup this month. On February 8th and 9th, Mahler & Bernstein will be performing a Klezmer Concerto catered to Jewish tradition. On the 14th and 15th, there will be a tribute to BPO’s former Principal Props Conductor and composer, Marvin Hamlisch, performed by Kevin Cole and John Morris Russell. On the 21st, Time for Three will join the BPO in a highly-energized performance of Jennifer Higdon’s bluegrass-classical Concerto 4-3, Hindemith’s Symphonic Metamorphosis, and Tchaikovsky’s Francesca da Rimini. And then on 22nd, Time for Three will once again join the BPO for College Night. Celebrating Valentine’s Day a little late this year? During the last week of February, catch the BPO performing The Grateful Dead or Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Isn’t every day Valentine’s Day when you’re in love?
