On March 11th, yoga enthusiasts of all levels are invited to gather together at our beloved Aquarium of Niagara and channel the fluid movements of aquatic life at their Yoga Nite event. This peaceful environment offers the perfect vibes for meditation and intentional practice of Vinyasa yoga. Instructor Amanda Mallwitz will guide participants in the proper techniques of connecting movement with breathing. Come and reactivate muscles you haven’t used in a while, and detox your body and mind of harmful stress chemicals at Yoga Nite. This is what spring feels like!
Located at 701 Whirlpool Street in Niagara Falls. This course will take place on March 11th from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mat setup will take place at 5:30. The instructor will teach from 6 to 7.
