Vizcarra Vineyards
It would be impossible to mention Vizcarra Vineyards without mentioning their farm’s market with seasonal fresh fruit, homemade pies, fudge, and ice cream. The smells in that place are worth a trip alone! Your nose will surely thank you. It’s also a great destination for beer lovers as it’s home to Becker Brewing. (But we’ll talk about them on next week’s brewery blog.) As for wine, well Vizcarra definitely knows what they’re doing. Their peaceful tasting rooms are the perfect tranquil setting to enjoy a variety of their red, white and fruit wines. Want in on the winemaking fun? On September 8th you can join them for their 13th annual Concord Stomp Competition. Get your team of six together for a stomp off you’ll never forget.

Spring Lake Winery
Spring Lake Winery welcomes guests in true Italian style. Tour their Riesling vineyards or enjoy a quiet glass of wine by their peaceful spring-fed private lake. Or turn up the volume at their Rock & Reggae Music Festival on Aug 19th. Enjoy the sounds of some amazing bands like Badfish A tribute to Sublime. So you can drink some wine and listen to Sublime! They’ll also have fireworks and food trucks at the Rock & Reggae Music Festival. Good music, great wine, and a fabulous atmosphere make Spring Lake Winery the perfect destination.

Chateau Niagara WInery
