If you’re from Buffalo then you know we know how to party!  If you’re not, well Welcome 716 will tell you where to party.  Some of  turn into the best  spots after dark.  Buffalo is not for the weak at heart because last call is 4am!  There is never a shortage of happy hours or live music around our city and we are here to give you all the answers.

Downtown and located in the heart of the Buffalo Brewery District is the , and .  Pearl Street Grill resides in an 1870 historic building maintained to keep the feel of when it originated.  Enjoy a multi-level bar scene, while choosing from 17 in house microbrews on tap and munching on ethnic Buffalo pub food.  Moreover, not far down the road you will find Pan-American Grill.  The original French Renaissance-style building is equipped with a Teddy Roosevelt’s trophy room and iconic Tap Room of full scratch brewery on site so it’s worth a trip.

Chippewa

Venture to the Chippewa strip and stop by Soho Burger Bar& The Chocolate Bar.  You can’t go wrong with any of the signature burgers from Soho including an 8oz bison beef on weck burger served on a kimmelweck roll with horseradish.  Try the Ahi Tuna burger topped with grilled pineapple salsa and wasabi aioli if you aren’t a beef lover.  Stay and enjoy a specialty cocktail and live DJ when the sun goes down!

Next dessert cocktails are just walking distance away at The Chocolate Bar.  If the name doesn’t say it all, their specialty is chocolate.  Choose from a variety of chocolate martinis or if your feeling daring order chocolate fondue for two.  Don’t let them fool you with just chocolate, they offer a fabulous dinner menu that should not be skipped!

Elmwood Avenue

You can find some of the best local gathering places located on the Elmwood strip so put on  your walking shoes. Blue Monk and Coles both serve up some of the best happy hours in the city while being fairly nondescript!  Stop in at Blue Monk any day of the week from 3-6pm for happy hour and choose from any of their 32 drafts!  After throwin’ back a couple make sure to put in an order of duck fat fries (thank us later).  Snack on free hors d’oeuvres with happy hour every Friday night from 4-7 at Coles.  Their enclosed patio is great for people watching as it overlooks the lively Elmwood Strip.  Don’t be surprised to stop into either of these places on any given night and catch some live music.

Hertel Avenue

Hertel Avenue centers the North Buffalo section of the city and bears some hidden gems that can’t be missed.  Enjoy a casual neighborhood atmosphere at The Wellington Pub while downing a pint.  Make sure not to leave before trying their hometown favorite chicken wings.

There are several neighborhoods found throughout Buffalo with no shortage of fun so get out of the house.  As you can see, no matter how tipsy or late in the night you find yourself, you can always count on Buffalo’s Nightlife being great!
